By accessing or using any product, service, or website operated by Runa Entertainment ("Runa", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to the RECS IDE, our games, and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.

Beta versions of RECS are provided "as-is" for evaluation purposes. Features may change, be removed, or may not perform as expected.
Our services may allow you to submit, upload, or share content including code, assets, projects, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Runa Entertainment a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Certain features of our services may require payment. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information.
Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund window for paid subscriptions if you are not satisfied with the service. After this period, all fees are non-refundable. One-time purchases such as game licenses are non-refundable once downloaded or activated.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All rights, title, and interest in and to our services, including RECS, our games, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, are and remain the exclusive property of Runa Entertainment and its licensors.
The Runa name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of Runa Entertainment. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
If you believe that any content on our services infringes your copyright, please contact us at legal@runaentertainment.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Runa Entertainment does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through our services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Runa Entertainment and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD $100.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@runaentertainment.com or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of our services poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to or instead of the above.
